MUDSReH and its affiliates (“MUDSReH”, “we”, “us” or “our”) highly value and respect the privacy of the users of the MUDSReH Data Portal Services (“User(s)”, “you” or “your”) and therefore we invest great efforts and resources in order to optimize your privacy.
This privacy policy ("Policy”) outlines our privacy practices solely with respect to the personal information of our direct Users (i.e. users who approved the Terms of Use and opened (registered for) an Account).
Therefore, if you are not a User – for example, if you are represented by one of our Users (i.e. your organization) – but nonetheless believe that we may have in our possession personal information pertaining to you, please be advised that all data processing activities with respect to your personal information are conducted in accordance with our Users’ instructions. Our engagement terms provide our Users with sole and ultimate discretion to determine the purposes and manner in which your personal information is processed by MUDSReH.
If you are represented by one of our Users and have any requests concerning your personal information or any questions about the processing of your personal information, please contact your organization.
If you are a direct User of the Services, we remind you that all third-party information provided by you is governed by the Terms of Use.
We will collect information that identifies you only if it is provided by you with your explicit consent. However, please note that we may also collect certain information that identifies you, without your consent, if:
i) such data is required for rendering the Services to you;
ii) such data is required for complying with legal obligations, such as a court or regulatory order or in response to the authorities;
iii) such Data is required for our legitimate purposes (or the legitimate purposes of those acting in our behalf) which will be broadly described below under the “How We Use the Data We Collect and Store and for what Purposes” section.
If you reside or are using the Services within a territory governed by privacy laws which determine that consent is the only legal basis for the processing of the Data, by using the Services you hereby consent to the processing of the Data for all purposes detailed in this Policy.

A. Information you provide us or give us permission to obtain.
When you register to the Services, whether directly or indirectly through your organization, you may be required to submit certain details about yourself. This may include, among others, your name, phone number, email address, name of organization, your position in the organization and location.
B. Information we collect from your use of the Services.Technical information: we collect information about the device and applications you use to access the Services, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the type of device you are using the Services on, Device ID, hardware model and hardware settings, operating system version, any unique device identifiers, and crash data reports.
This collection of information is subject to your approval upon Request for access and data usage.
Our web server keeps log files that record data each time a device accesses the server and those log files contain data about the nature of each access. We may also access and collect usage data about you when you interact with the Services, such as the nature of each access, your communication with other Users and third parties, access times, cookies data, and additional related metadata, such as the time, date, and place of your usage.
Cookies A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your web browser for record keeping purposes.
Cookies can only be read by the server that sent them, and they cannot read data from the storage of the device. We (including through our service providers) may use cookies (and similar technologies) to collect and store certain information, such as your registration information, language preferences and other account settings, so you don't have to set them up every time you use the Services. You may, at all times, delete or decline cookies by changing your device/browser settings. However, if you refuse to accept cookies, we may not be able to provide many features of the Services properly.
Aggregated information we may also gather statistical and aggregated information originating from our users which may be combined with additional non-identifiable information collected from other sources, regarding the use of the Services.
